Why register your warranty?
Registration puts your cover on record against your property, not just a paper invoice. If a covered fault ever develops, we already have your motor model, install date and address on file — so the call-out is booked in one phone call, warranty jobs go to the front of the queue, and there's no digging through drawers for paperwork three years after the install. It also means the warranty survives a lost invoice, and stays traceable if you sell the house.
Every garage door motor we install in Perth carries a 5-year warranty on the motor and drive unit, with the electronics, wall controls and remotes we supply covered for faults, and our installation workmanship guaranteed for 12 months. Keep up a professional service once a year and the motor cover extends to 7 years — the annual service is also what keeps springs, cables and the door's balance in safe condition.
